Japan- Tsutsumi Distillery has been producing traditional shochu for 141 years and is one of only 28 distilleries certified by the WTO as a Kumamoto Shochu producer. This 12 year old shochu is made of rice and aged in sherry barrels, imparting soft texture and robust sherry qualities.
