The Dalmore 21 Years 750ml

The Dalmore has commited to releasing a series of five annual editions of their 21 Year Old expression as the pinnacle of its celebrated Principle Collection. The result is a plethora of aromas ranging from Seville orange, Colombian coffee, rich vanilla and bitter dark chocolate. The palate has sweet liquorice, blackberries, walnuts and marizpan, leading to a finish of peaches, ginseng and more orange citrus. In aroma Chocolate orange segments open it up, with developing crisp fruit notes of green apple rising to the fore. Palate is Ginger snaps, freshly ground coffee and a little bit of nuttiness. Smooth finish.
