Tasting Notes : Intense floral and fruity notes. Presence of violets, ripe black cherry and plum aromas. Reveals a toasty and spicy character of black pepper and chocolate. Its sweet and juicy mouthfeel delivers finesse,delicate tannins and an elegant finish of black fruits.
Wine Spectator Notes : Tightly knit flavors of white peach puree, cherry, mandarin orange peel and toast are wrapped around crackling acidity and carried on the fine, chalky mousse in this well-meshed rosé Champagne.
Robert parker Notes : The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuvée assembles steel-fermented Chardony. This cuvée opens very clear and pure on the nose, lean rather than complex. It is a very elegant, pure, straight, mineral and well-structured cuvée with a long and salty-mineral finish. This is excellent fizz that could gain even more complexity with bottle age.
