Larceny Barrel Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey that's bottled at full barrel strength and non-chill filtered. It's made with wheated bourbon, which means wheat is used as the secondary grain instead of rye. This gives Larceny a softer, rounder sipping experience. Larceny Barrel Proof is aged for six to eight years in barrels and comes in three batches a year, in January, May, and September. Each batch has a different proof.
