The Vallein Tercinier 1987 Single Cask TTG 3.0 is an exclusive bottling for La Maison du Whisky. This is pure joy. Various summer fruits, mild spices and teasing floral notes and soft oakiness. Taste is Medium body. A palate to match the nose. Some added astringency. Nutmeg and vanilla. Caramel notes now, and hints of chocolate. Drier towards the end, and more tannic in character. Medium long finish.
