Habitation Velier MHOBA High Ester is an intensely aromatic, unaged pot-still white rum produced in South Africa. Crafted from 100% freshly pressed sugarcane juice, it is celebrated for its extreme "dunder-rich" fermentation, offering an explosive, savory profile of black olives, tropical fruit, and muscovado sugar.  Expect a bold, pungent, and savory experience. The nose surges with notes of green olive, wood varnish, and sharpie marker. The palate is thick and oily, bursting with rich sugarcane, tropical fruit, black pepper, and faint smoke.
