Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin 750ml

Australian gin producers Four Pillars have been wildly successful with their seasonal release of Bloody Shiraz, their take on a classic Sloe gin, using Australian Shiraz wine grapes and their juice. After harvesting the grapes, they’re macerated in the dry gin resulting in a beautiful ruby color from the skins. Unlike traditional Sloe Gin (which is less than 30% ABV), the alcohol is 37.8% so it packs a bit of a punch and is ideal in a range of cocktails, or simply mixing with tonic water. Each yearly release has a vintage just as a bottle of wine would have, and is best enjoyed within two years of that date. The Bloody Shiraz gin is unfiltered, so don’t be alarmed if you notice changes over time in the color of the liquid.
