Blend of column and pot still rums distilled from molasses in DDL’s Enmore wooden Coffey still (EHP), Port Mourant wooden vat still (PM), Versailles wooden vat still (REV), and Diamond Coffey stills (SVW)

Aged 18 years; aged 15 years in ex-bourbon casks and 3 years in VS Cognac-seasoned French oak casks

A nose of rum raisin ice cream, burnt cinnamon, and bread pudding leads to a piquant palate of fresh green curry and Makrut lime leaf with a long finish of clove and cinnamon

Starting with a base of El Dorado’s Special Reserve 15 Year Rum, this special, limited-edition release is double matured for an additional 3 years in French oak casks previously seasoned with VS Cognac, resulting in a compelling mixture of baking spice and sharp, green herbs and citrus.
