Distilled from 100% pure Java sugarcane juice fermented with wild yeasts, it is aged in new French oak and bottled at a robust cask strength of (66.5%) ABV, yielding just 286 bottles. Nose: Decadent, complex aromas of raspberry cheesecake, molasses, and rich earth, complemented by baking spices like clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Palate: A rich, oily mouthfeel that balances natural sugarcane sweetness with notes of graham cracker, vanilla, spiced berry, and subtle orange peel. Finish: Medium-long, featuring warm roasted sugar, oak tannins, and a touch of black pepper.
