LIMIT 1 Per Customer. The nose on this is simply incredible. It's like cocoa and barrel char mixed with ginger snaps and a hint of cherry. The nose gives away some of the flavors on the palate, in addition to a mild sweetness of maple syrup and burnt sugar with a dash of black pepper. Almost reminds me of a chocolate pot du creme-- it doesn't get much darker and richer than this. Finish is dry and oak driven. It just gets better and better as you continue to sip!
