A perfect spectrum of all the flavors Zinfandel can express, this wine offers more herbal savory fruit flavors, like dried pomegranate, licorice, white pepper, rosemary and bay/sage, all punctuated by a dollop of fresh strawberry jam in the mid palate.Destemmed, stainless tank fermented with gentle pumpovers twice daily, indigenous primary and secondary fermentations, aged in 10% 2-year-old French oak barrels for 8 months sur lees.
