The Cooper 10 Years Single Malt 750ml

Much of the flavor of Whisky comes from the cask, meaning the knowledge & skill of the Cooper is one of the most important components of creating a superb Whisky. Sourcing oak seasoned by XO Cognac adds "Rancio" notes of dried fruit, nuttiness and old leather to the Whisky and a distinctive floral nose. The wood is toasted, not charred, which reduces the sweetness impact and allows more subtle flavors to reveal themselves. The Cooper is bottled in Scotland at 46% alc. by vol. (92 Proof) without chill filtration and with absolutely no coloring added.
