Inspired by the Sauvignon Blancs of the Loire Valley, this channels the wines of Sancerre and Pouilly Fume in a real way. "This is like domestic Dagueneau" Cory Wagner said as he shook his head in disbelief. Aged in 100% new French oak, though not showing it at all, this one of the most impressive Sauvignon Blancs we've tried in some time. This is all about razor sharp lines and beams of grapefruit and crushed rocks. It's long and absolutely a joy to drink.
