Ripa Rosado 2016 has a nice, bright pale salmon colour. On the nose it is very seductive, with the scent of ripe white fruits such as peach and apricot that combine with delicate aromas of red berry fruits and intense notes of Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, fennel and dried bay leaf. On the palate it has a fantastic texture that caresses the palate with smoothness and volume that enters like a wave of fresh fruit. It has great freshness and a good balance at the end of the mouth, with delicate notes of lemon peel, thyme and cloves that invite a second sip. A unique and tasty rosé perfect to accompany warm salads, baked white meat and fish with light sauces, rice and goat or cow cheeses.
