And Piedmont used to be known for its sweet wines like Brachetto d'Acqui and Moscato d'Asti (now it's known for astringent reds like Barolo and Barbera D'Alba). This Moscato drinks a lot like the best soda you've ever tasted, with stunning white floral notes on the nose giving way to downright mouthwatering stone fruit on the palate. The low alcohol and slight bubbles keep it fresh.
