Llopart Original 1887 Gran Reserva Brut Nature Cava 2010 750ml

To commemorate the 125th anniversary of their first bottle of Cava, and with a reproduction of the original 1887 label, Llopart Original 1887 Gran Reserva Brut Nature has been made in line with the most traditional methods, using grapes originating from the L'Alzina, Pere de Can Ros and Isidoro vineyards, all ranging in age between 55 and 60 years old and producing low yields. The end result is a Cava the colour of old gold with crystal-clear glints and perfectly formed, very fine bubbles. A distinguishing feature is its aromatic intensity, featuring ripe white fruit, orange peel and with the notable presence of ageing notes (brioche, toasty hints, butter, dried fruits and nuts...). Creamy, with plenty of fullness, a powerful flavour and rounded acidity. A delicate aftertaste that persists and exhibits subtle touches, endowing it with great complexity.
