A number of critics have rated this Napa Valley wine extremely highly.  This aged wine shows the worth of waiting—an Old-World expression of balance and grace with plenty of California power. Spicy and exotic on the nose in floral, mushroomy complexity, it has secondary characteristics of cedar and pencil shavings that ride along a gripping yet velvety carpet of texture.
