The passion fruit liqueur has a yellowish, almost orange color with a fresh passion fruit aroma. The taste is sweet and sour and fresh like passion fruit. An ideal ingredient for exotic cocktails or to refine ice cream specialties. The carefully selected fruits and plants, which are preferably bought in the region, guarantee the quality of Giffard products. In order to extract the aromas, the fruits are soaked in alcohol for at least 2 days to 3 months, depending on the type and nature. The infusion obtained is the basis of the liqueur production.
