Where the vines are grown using a head-pruned systeRocha is our wine from the plots of Garnacha in Finca Casa lo alto state in the village of Venta del Moro, which comes from calcareous clay soil. Where the vines are grown using a head-pruned system, structure that saves water and protects from excessive sunstroke. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels.
This wine comes from three plots planted between 1940 and 1965. Casa Lo Alto revitalizes the soil with organic amendments, and avoid the use of chemical synthesis products, in order to have a living soil that expresses the characteristics of the terroir.
