Goldenish yellow. Viscosity is higher than medium. The aroma of apricot, mango, apple confit, fig, lime, anise and white flowers is accented with a smoky scent of oak aging. The scents of toast, smoke, mushrooms, charred caramel, etc ..., with a faint sweet scent like honey appearing from the back, presenting complexity. There are other nuances of wet stones, saltiness and minerals, and it has a good taste. The attack is soft and smooth. The plump fruit tastes smoothly and gives an elegant and beautiful structure. Dry tailoring with mild acidity and no overripeness. Even though I can remember the floating feeling that dances softly, the umami is firmly condensed in the core part. Every time I pile up the cups, I get drunk with the complexity and depth of taste. The aftertaste is long and lasts with nut oil, fruit and oak flavors.
