Domaine de la Pousse dOr Corton Clos du Roi Grand Cru 2018 750ml

A prominently earthy and sauvage-inflected nose reflects notes of black cherry, plenty of spice and an attractive range of floral characters. The intense, broad-shouldered and tautly muscular flavors possess a slightly finer texture and more evident minerality on the clean, linear and serious finish. This needs to add depth to achieve the upper end of my projected range.
