Corralejo Extra Anejo 750ml (DNO)

Corralejo Extra Anejo is a luxurious Tequila sourced from hand harvested 100% Blue Weber Agave outside the Jalisco Region in Mexico. Aged for 36 months in charred American oak barrels, it offers a well developed aroma, flavor, body and finish. As one of the first estates in Mexico to produce tequila as a commercial venture in 1755, Corralejo remains among a few distilleries granted the right to make Tequila outside of Jalisco. After the Agave is harvested from the hacienda’s fields, it is slow-cooked in stone clay ovens for 36 hours, and then fermented with a special strain of yeast and double-distilled in Alembic column copper stills from Spain. What's left is an expression of extra anejo which bears a sweet and spicy aroma with notes of oak, smoke, citrus, caramel and agave sugar on the palate, and a long and full-bodied finish.
