This is a delightful twist on a classic cosmopolitan. It started with the 5-star BOYD & BLAIR Potato Vodka, then added blood orange for notes of citrus and raspberry. It's finished with the crisp flavor of cranberry and a touch of lime. This perfectly balanced Espresso Martini begins with beans, which are roasted to Boyd & Blair’s precise specifications by PIttsburgh roaster KLVN. They then cold brew the coffee on-site. Finally, after 14 hours of steeping, they blend in their award-winning Potato Vodka and house-made Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Syrup. Simply shake over ice, pour into a martini glass and indulge.
