All with the aim of obtaining the most complete expression of the terroir where they come from in their wines. Chassagne-Montrachet Village, a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown exclusively in the legendary Côte d'Or village of Chassagne-Montrachet, is the fruit of this work philosophy. Vineyards with limestone marl soils that are renowned for producing some of the best white wines in the world. Once the fruit is hand-picked at its optimum ripeness, it’s carefully transported to the winery to begin vinification.
