The vineyard is located on a terroir of a mixture of sandy clay, marl and limestone. Both malolactic fermentation and aging are carried out in new French oak barrels. The maturation takes 18 months. In the glass, the wine has an intense, deep cherry red color. Complex and elegant aromas with subtle, floral notes, that the liqueurs, mulberry and blackcurrant. The balsamic notes of the oak are perfectly integrated into the ensemble of the wine. Warm and sweet on the pallet with balanced acidity and great quality of tannins that is fondly in the pallet.
