Bodega Chacra is Piero Incisa della Rochetta's personal project in Rio Negro, Argentina (Patagonia). Harvested manually, the wines are fermented in cement vats with minimal intervention before being put into Burgundian oak barrels of which about 20% are new. Fermentation takes place naturally in the barrel over 6 months before being bottled without fining or filtration.
