The 2022 Arnaud Baillot Bourgogne Côte d'Or Chardonnay is a white wine from the Bourgogne Côte d'Or region of France. Bourgogne Chardonnay is typically medium-bodied with medium acidity and a rich, rounded, golden character. The fruit character tends to encompass the full spectrum of green and yellow fruit from lime and lemon to golden apple and peach. These wines are almost always dry. The Arnaud Baillot Bourgogne Chardonnay is produced using traditional fermentation in thermo-regulated vats for 15 days and aged for 10 months in Burgundy oak. It has an ageing potential of 5 years. Its fruity and smooth taste makes it a perfect pairing for dishes like snails, seafood, and fried fish. The Chardonnay variety originated in the Burgundy wine region of eastern France, but is now grown wherever wine is produced.
